All competitions will be held at night under the lights at Deer Valley. The aerial events will be held on the White Owl ski run on Friday, January 10. Great Britain will be represented by Harry Gillam who returned to the snow after a short Christmas break and is already cranking up his training ready for the event. This time he hopes to compete with two triple somersaults and bring home a result that puts him in contention for a spot on TeamGB for Sochi. Here’s what he has to say:
Counting down the days until the competition on Friday – its going fast. The weather has been random, some days have been cloudy and sunny and cold; some days it’s been snowing and too windy to do much jumping. Now its snowing again and cloudy. Looking forward to the competition in my ‘back yard’ starting off the run of three events all before the 19th Jan
