Airolo Switzerland Europa Cup 15-16 March 2014

Airolo in the South of Switzerland is the setting for the double Europa Cup in March. Airolo has had unusually high snowfall this season with several days of 50cm per day falling each week, so the course should be in good condition.

Great Britain will be represented by family ski team Lloyd and Elodie Wallace. Elodie placed 6th last year in her very first event and will be looking to improve her scores.

Lloyd will be trying to cram as many twists as he can into each double somersault to get maximum dd (degree of difficulty) in a bid to improve on his highest ever place of 11th.
